The Practice of Commercial Real Estate course offered by NAIOP Edmonton is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate industry.
This course covers essential topics, including property types, market analysis, leasing, financing, investment strategies, and ethical considerations. Through a combination of text, case studies, and practical exercises, students will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the commercial real estate sector.
This course is self-paced; however, the exam must be taken with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) within 3 months of course completion.

Note: For the Practice of Commercial Real Estate exam, you will require the HP 10bii financial calculator which is permitted in MOST testing locations. You must check your desired location’s limitations at RECA Examination Centers before booking.
