The Tour de NAIOP: Urban Edition 2024, presented by Spectra Projects, is a commercial real estate industry event with NAIOP Edmonton. The 7th annual TdN will take to Edmonton’s downtown trail system, hosting a wide range of CRE professionals for an afternoon of cycling, connecting, and supporting a local cause. It will take place on Friday September 13th from 1-5 PM on Edmonton’s central river valley paved trails, with starting and ending points of the cycling routes (of two different distances) at Kinsmen Park. All skill levels and all styles of bicycles are welcome.
The 2024 Tour de NAIOP will be supporting Free Play for Kids, a local non-profit organization that provides programs and spaces that are safe, accessible, and inclusive; where communities are empowered through play.
The event aims to bring together cycling and non-cycling enthusiasts to share in the beauty of our river valley, while participating in marked cycling routes (loops) over a time duration, and wrapping it up with a networking social that includes food, beverages, and great prizes!
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- The first 100 riders to register will receive a custom sweatshirt (courtesy of Cantiro and Remington) and water bottle (sponsored by Avatex and Synergy Group of Companies) – to commemorate the event.IMPORTANT NOTE: you must register by AUGUST 13th to be able to request your custom sweater size! If you do not register by August 13, we will have a selection of sizes available at the event, but your size is not guaranteed.
- This year any four or more riders that register together get a $50 Team Discount. Register your entire team (of 4 or more) by August 15th for your chance to win this years EARLY BIRD PRIZE! (sponsored by Oxford).
- Event-day donations and 50/50 proceeds will support Free Play for Kids.
ROUTE INFORMATION:
This years event will feature two (2) route ride options:
- Loop A: Did you attend in 2023? This one will be familiar to you. Fret not for THE HILL, as we have some surprises up our sleeves…
- Loop B: Offers the same beautiful features that Loop A does, but with a few more KMs, and more cough…. big hill 😉
