The Tour de NAIOP: Urban Edition 2025, presented by Spectra Projects, is a commercial real estate industry event with NAIOP Edmonton. The 8th annual TdN will take to Edmonton’s downtown trail system, hosting a wide range of CRE professionals for an afternoon of cycling and connecting. Sign up here!
The event aims to bring together cycling and non-cycling enthusiasts to share in the beauty of our river valley, while participating in marked cycling routes (loops) over a time duration, and wrapping it up with a networking social that includes coffee (courtesy of Anthony Henday Business Park), food (sponsored by impark), beverages (courtesy of Avison Young), and great raffle prizes (thanks to Qualico)!
The event will take place on Friday September 12th from 1-6 PM on Edmonton’s central river valley shared-use paved trails. Starting and ending points of the cycling routes (of two different distances) are at Kinsmen Park (venue sponsored by Inferno solar). All skill levels and all styles of bicycles are welcome.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- The first 100 riders to register will receive a Yeti water bottle (courtesy of Cantiro, Feigel Investments Group, and Quadreal) to commemorate the event.
- Register by August 15th for your chance to win a $250 Revolution Cycle Gift Card (sponsored by Oxford). Don’t worry if you missed out on the early bird draw! You can still get 15% off accessories, clothing, and parts at Revolution Cycle until September 12. Just mention your registration at their checkout.
- This year any four or more riders that register together get a $50 Team Discount.
ROUTE INFORMATION:
This years event will feature two (2) route ride options. If you attended in 2024 they will be familar to you:
- Loop A: Famous for THE HILL
- Loop B: Offers the same beautiful features that Loop A does, but with a few more KMs, and more cough…. big hill 😉
Ride the loops as many, or as few, times as you’d like.
