Katie Schneider is the Development Manager at Autograph, a local Edmonton real estate developer with experience across several asset classes including purpose-built rental, mixed-use, retail, and more. She plays an integral role in all Autograph projects, including managing rezoning, design, development, office and administration management processes. Her recent project leadership on the Mercury Block development in Edmonton showcases her commitment to collaboration and the overall success of Autograph projects.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Tourism Management from Vancouver Island University. She is an active NAIOP Edmonton Board Member and the Chair of its Developing Leaders Committee. She is actively working to steer the Committee’s strategic voice to ensure effective, sustainable, and meaningful messages of the work of the Committee and greater NAIOP objectives are observed. Katie also Co-Chairs the planning committee for NAIOP Edmonton’s annual event, the Tour de NAIOP.

Katie was born and raised in Edmonton, resides in its’ downtown core, and has a strong belief in the tremendous potential that responsible, transformative, and intentional development can bring to our City and its’ growth. When not immersed in the world of development, Katie spends her time coaching mountain biking, escaping time in the mountains with her golden retriever any chance she gets, and enjoying all that our beautiful Edmonton River Valley has to offer.
