Eli is a fourth year Bachelor of Commerce student at UBC Sauder School of Business specializing in Finance and Real Estate. He has gained experience across real estate investment and development through internships with KingSett Capital, BMO, Sessa Capital, and JAZ Building Group, most recently supporting underwriting, financial modelling, and portfolio analysis for private real estate funds. Eli is also the Vice President of the Industry Team for the UBC Real Estate Club, where he works closely with industry professionals to
create meaningful engagement opportunities for students.

Eli is excited to participate in the NAIOP Real Estate Challenge for the opportunity to apply his academic and professional experience in a hands-on development setting. He looks forward to deepening his understanding of the development process, learning from industry mentors, and collaborating with a driven team throughout the competition.
